When you call Tharpe, you'll be connected to your own dedicated Program Administrator who is assigned specifically to your account. "Person-to-person" customer service is what our partners have grown to expect that Tharpe is happy to deliver. You need only call your Program Administrator and he/she will answer their phone. If your Program Administrator is not available, his/her backup will be, or if you want to use the voicemail option, you determine that and it's available to you.
